Empowering Youth. Strengthening Families. Building Futures.
Reach to Win Youth Home & Family Services is a nonprofit organization committed to helping girls, young adults, and families overcome barriers and build healthier, more stable futures.
Through residential care, therapeutic support, school- and community-based programs, prevention services, and life-skills development,
Reach to Win creates pathways to healing, personal growth, confidence, and opportunity.
Our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program provides a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for girls ages 12 to 17 and nonminor dependents ages 18 to 21. Our work, however, extends beyond residential care.
Reach to Win also develops community initiatives designed to strengthen youth and families, increase access to supportive services, and help young people thrive at home, in school, and within their communities.

Who We Are

Reach To Win Youth Home & Family Services is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to helping youth and families overcome barriers, strengthen their well-being, and build pathways toward lasting success. Our work extends beyond residential care and reflects a broader commitment to behavioral health, prevention, education, family support, personal development, and community-based services.

Our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program serves diverse girls ages 12 to 17 and non-minor dependents ages 18 to 21 who require a structured, supportive, and therapeutic environment. Services are individualized to address each young person’s behavioral, emotional, educational, social, and developmental needs while promoting safety, stability, healing, and successful transition into family and community settings.

In addition to residential treatment, Reach To Win develops and participates in community-based initiatives that support youth and families before, during, and after periods of crisis. Through partnerships with schools, public agencies, community organizations, and other service providers, we work to expand access to behavioral health education, prevention services, skills development, mentoring, and other opportunities that strengthen individuals and communities.

We believe every young person deserves to be seen, heard, supported, and equipped to reach their full potential. Our approach is person-centered, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that youth thrive when they are provided with meaningful relationships, individualized support, practical life skills, and opportunities to develop confidence, independence, self-determination, and hope for the future.
